Current research

I am currently working on the project HITFOOD, which has the aim to create high quality product from rapeseed on basis of supercritical fluid extraction. I am especially invovled with extraction and analysis of the lipophilic compounds from rapeseed (tocopherols, carotenoids, triacylglycerides and phospholipids)
