Primary fields of research

Application of high-resolution NMR spectroscopy with or without magic-angle-spinning to explore food or food-related products.

Most recent projects include NMR spectroscopic analysis of table wines, bread and starch. In these projects the combination of NMR and chemometrics has been utillized extensively

Besides this I'm also interested in theoretical issues concerning NMR spectroscopy and development of new NMR spectroscopic methods.


Teaching students about NMR spectroscopy, implement and set up new NMR experiments, assisting external users in running NMR experiments
