Primary fields of research

  • Sensory acceptance and preferences of elderly.
  • Identify sensory and meal preferences among elderly and chart their acceptance of new foods and meals.
  • Investigate how the elderly acceptance of protein supplements develops over time as the effect of repeated exposure.
  • Examine the types of foods suitable for protein enrichment and map the elderly acceptance.
