Således består (endnu) al verdens herlighed: om Jens Evalds vurdering af Alf Ross' betydning
Research output: Contribution to journal › Comment/debate › Research › peer-review
In his biography "Alf Ross - Et liv" ("Alf Ross - A Life") Jens Evald claims that Alf Ross no longer holds any significance. Focusing on legal philosophy, I argue that this categorical conclusion is wrong. Ross has undoubtedly lost significance but he continues to attract massive and in certain areas renewed interest - both in a national and in an international context. While it is therefore premature to write him off completely the next few decades will probably be decisive for the status assigned to Ross in the long run, and I try, in conclusion, to outline the areas that will probably prove decisive for the outcome of this discussion.
