Beverage Day 2019 - mark your calendar!
Attend the Beverage Day at University of Copenhagen May 24 2019. The Danish Brewer's Association, The Scandinavian School of Brewing and Department of Food Science at University of Copenhagen puts the science of our beverages in focus - mark your calendar today.
The first Beverage Day in 2018 brought together participants from the beverage industry and food science to share experiences and was a huge success. Therefore, the organisers have decided to host yet another Beverage Day in 2019, which will take place May 24 at the university's Frederiksberg Campus.
"We still have a lot of interesting topics that we together with The Danish Brewer's Association and The Scandinavian School of Brewing want to pass on to the beverage industry. Therefore, we have begun to organise an exciting programme with the purpose of passing on the science of the beverages of the future to the manufacturers and the other way around share the experience of the manufacturers to the food scientists," states Professor Mogens Larsen Andersen from the Department of Food Science.
There will be a big opportunity to hear about the latest trends in food science and the industry and to network with the representatives of the two areas.
