Chinese TV visited FOOD
Chinese CCTV visited Nordic Food Lab at the Department of Food Science (FOOD) at the University of Copenhagen, and filmed for a documentary on umami taste.
Chinese CCTV (Production Center of China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio) visited Nordic Food Lab at the Department of Food Science (FOOD), University of Copenhagen, to interview Professor Ole G. Mouritsen, Associated Professor Michael Bom Frøst and chef Roberto Flore (who is filmed in this clip) about umami taste.
The sequences will be part of a documentary on umami taste that is filmed in different countries around the world and will be shown to New Year in China. The film is directed by Zhou Jing.
