Rayleigh scatter as a source of information

There are existing tools that base the estimation of particle size on light scattering. 1st order Rayleigh scatter as observed by fluorescence spectroscopy basically contains the same type of information. In this study I suggest to monitor the polymerization of insulin through steady-state fluorescence measurements, but where, instead of being interested in the fluorophores in the system, only focus on the Rayleigh scatter. This could alternatively be done togeth with the project "", that also focuses on insulin aggregation.
