Colin Ray resigns as head of section at the end of January

Head of Ingredients and Dairy Technology Colin Ray has decided to leave the Department of Food Science (FOOD) at the University of Copenhagen by the end of January 2017.

Colin has got a position as Head of Dairy Applications EMEA at FMC in Hørsholm – a new innovation centre focusing on ingredients for the dairy industry. We congratulate Colin with his new position and look forward to a rewarding future collaboration.

Associate Professor Birthe Jespersen has accepted to take over as acting Head of Section from 1 February.

A date for a farewell reception for Colin will be announced in the beginning of 2017.
